From Greenhouses to Lasting Relationships

The adventure began at the age of fifteen in greenhouse construction, where I laid a versatile foundation that shaped me as an entrepreneur. After two years in greenhouse construction, a period as a gardener followed, where I completed my training. I then made the switch to greenhouse demolition and greenhouse glazing, which led to the establishment of my own sole proprietorship in 2004.

In the early years, I combined greenhouse glazing in France with demolition work at Mustang Demolition BV and Hans Bol Kassenbeglazingen. In 2008, a new turn came when I started at Thermoflor and came into contact with the construction of garden centres for the first time. This marked the beginning of our specialisation in steel constructions and the installation of sandwich panels, insulated glass, sheet metal work and polycarbonate sheets.

The choice to start my own business came from the need to build a reliable team; a team that is well attuned to each other. This allows us to work well and efficiently. At Gier Construct BV, we not only build structures, but also sustainable relationships and knowledge for the future.
