Gier Construct was selected by Delta Sonic Car Wash to deliver a flagship 2 200 m² carwash and detailing facility in Lancaster, NY. From initial study and in-house production of the bespoke saw-tooth glazed canopy and steel modules, through on-site installation, finishing and commissioning, we managed every phase under a single turnkey contract—setting a new benchmark for operational efficiency, customer comfort and brand presence.

Our scope encompassed structural-steel fabrication, high-performance glazing installation, precision MEP integration and interior fit-out of the customer lounge and retail areas—ensuring a durable, energy-efficient facility that delivers outstanding throughput and a premium experience.
